Speedsouthshooting
I've been shooting .38 super and going to try a STI Steelmaster for steel challenge. Will my current mags run 9's without spacers and different followers? I know there cheap but would postpone ordering if my current mags would work. Thanks, Tony
echotango
Yes they will work. If you're going to run them without spacers then it is the same follower. I would make your rounds long, 1.165"-1.170" Edited December 15, 2015 by echotango
Open1215
I use the same for 9 and 38. Just load long. I'm running 8.5g hs6 under a 115g Montana jhp cci 400 srp OAL is 1.153-5 runs well with my mags.

450AK
I also have no problems using super mags in my 9mm. I never like the spacers in the 9mm mags. That's how I got around it.
Glk21C
Do a search, many threads about this. Works for many but there are reasons why it shouldn't. I'm glad it works well for those that have luck with no spacers.
tcazes
MG jhp at 1.17 does it for me without spacers.
