Foxbat
I think you should try using periods and capital letters... as it is, I gave up reading your post.
Pat Miles
I agree with Foxbat above. That being said, it sounds like you have things a little backwards. It sounds as if you are trying to fit a comp to your load when you should be tuning your load (bullet, powder and amount of powder) to work your comp to it's best possible performance. Agreed that he needs to find the load for his comp, but with just 2 ports he isn't going to get as much benefit vs a 4 port if he is shooting major loads. A good 4 port design would work much better. With a 4 port he can use more powder and get more "compensation" for less dot rise. Edited September 23, 2015 by MrPostman
Hi-Power Jack
What gun and comp are you running? I presume you're shooting a 9mm major? or is it a .38 super? How much "dot jump" did you get? Is dot leaving your field of view? Is this your first OPEN gun? How long have you been shooting it?
kneelingatlas
If you want more gas drop the bullet weight and uo the powder charge, try 8gr+ of Longshot under a 115. That being said, two port comps are generally less than mind blowing.
Open1215
Sps guns use threaded barrels. Pick up a good aftermarket comp would be easy. Or you could keep the smaller 2 port and do barrel ports. Comp would be the better spent $ in my eyes unless you or a friend has a mill.
mro111lland
Sorry about not using periods in my posts, realy sucked in english class. No the dot does not leave the glass just seems to jump around alot have shot open for 2 years this gun for only 3 months went from xdm open gun to 2011 platform thought it would shoot flatter than the plastic gun.
