Ken_Bird
As bent at that thin metal strip is, I would contact Dillon, ask them to send you a new one. They most likely will not charge you. That s great customer service. When you get it put it on and throw the other on away.
Pat Miles
When you get it put it on and throw the other on away. Don't throw out the old one! Bend the lever back in to shape and put it away as a spare.

drop45
I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets a log jam like that.
ZackJones
I'm glad I'm not the only one that gets a log jam like that. For some reason I'm starting to see more log jams like that. I just listen for it. When I hear the motor running and don't hear cases dropping down the tube then I look up and see what's going on.

These are like headaches - they come and go, sometimes you will see it happen, then they disappear. I know of no real remedy for it, but they seem to happen less at Low speed. When I called Dillon about it, they sent me a powder funnel to stick inside the case feed funnel. It fixed the problem almost completely. Log jams can still happen with the powder funnel inside, but now it's extremely rare.
