rack&roll
How hard (and expensive) would it be to convert my 75 shadow sa to DA/SA? Is it even possible? Would it just require the trigger change? Thanks!
MRevolutionIX
I am not sure what it would take to do the conversion but I know it is possible. A buddy of mine did it to one of his DA/SA guns.
Czhase
Yeah, you can convert it to SA by just changing the trigger. If you are going to leave it a dedicated SA pistol also remove the disconector, it is not needed in a SA pistol.
eboadway
I think it already is SA and he's looking to change to DA/SA.
Czhase
True, I read it wrong. To make it SA/DA change the trigger and add a disconector.
smoothdraw
In my experience, the disconnector is only for DA. if i am converting DA/SA i know i could keep or remove disconnector and it will not effect the SA trigger pull (it does for length of trigger rebound) if am converting SA to DA/SA then i need to have the DA trigger and disconnector. disconnector polishing contributes to the smoothness of the DA pull. the disconnector type also contributes to length of the trigger rebound (short disconnector) and i'm very carefull to use the short disconnector in CZ that has firing pin block. it may or may not work. eerw
If you have 75 Shadow SAO pistol you will need DA/SA trigger, new trigger pin, disconnector and number 9 pin.
