JulieTheCat
I use the Blade-tech holster with the ASR attachement. DAA inner and outer belt. It looks like the pistol sits about 1.25" away from the inner belt. USPSA SS div rules give us 2". Does anyone know of a holster that better takes advantage of that 2" rule? I'm considering making a spacer to push it out a little further.
ZackJones
You may want to consider the Boss hanger that Ben Stoeger is selling now. It should work with your existing holster. It will move your pistol out further and give you some additional adjustments. It's currently listed as out of stock on the web site but here's a link for the product page: http://www.benstoegerproshop.com/BSPS-BOSS-DOH-Holster-Hanger-p/bsps-hanger.htm
Jamiethesquid
The Boss hanger is a nice rig, I am a Frugal Shooter (read Cheap Skate) so I went with longer screws and aluminum spacers from the hardware store, YMMV
JulieTheCat
IDPA-nut, could you post a pic of what yours looks like with the spacers? I think the Boss Hanger is a little overkill since SS cant drop our holsters.
JulieTheCat
I just picked up some spacers and longer screws to try that out. Is that method definitively LEGAL for single stack div?
EkuJustice
Yes it's legal for SS if it's under 2 inches. I used the plastic spacers that were thick and fit the screw. I then drilled the end a little to have a recess for the bushing to go into the spacer some. I then added a small lock washer on the bracket side and tightened it down. Works great for ss

Jamiethesquid
I actually sent a holster setup to Amidon before Area 7 last year just to make sure I wasn't going to get in trouble with the Equipment check.

CHARLES D
I seen a shooter at the WSSSC using the Safariland USPSA Kit #2. I didn't think it was legal but after further research it was good to go. It look like a nice set up.
JulieTheCat
Does anyone know why the Ghost Stinger is NOT SS legal? Shooters Connection's info says that it's not. Edited April 23, 2014 by JulieTheCat
yoshidaex
Entire front strap of the gun has to be above the belt.

JulieTheCat
Here is mine now. It's not a huge game changer, but it does help the holster clear my love handles better. Link to pics (imgur)
