IntenseImage
We are picking up our MTac scopes this week to finalize our first 3-Gun rifles but need to pick a mount. I am looking at the Primary Arms Deluxe mounts. With the 1-4 scopes it seems the extended mount would be the preference to the standard. Any thoughts or feedback? Thanks! Steve RA
Yes, because you can always move it backward if necessary.
bigblock455
I'm tall, 6' 5" I run my stock extended out with a magpul thick pad. The extended ones are way too far forward for me. I think most people mount Mtacs even with the charging handle (diff eye relief scopes require diff positions) mine are one rail width closer than that. CJW
I went with extended on my PA 1-6x scope and it was perfect for me.

Therealkoop
Im 6" 2 and shoot NTCH. I get the most extended mounts possible.
StarvinPilgrim
I have the extended on a carbine. I'm 6' with long arms & shoot nose to CH. I really liked the PA mount but beware of over tightening the screws. I had one strip out on me.
IntenseImage
I did go with the extended - thanks for the suggestions. I'll check the screws. I think I went finger snug and then went a half turn more. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
