The grip panels on the M Mink gun look to be VZ grip panels like I had on mine. As far as diff thickness goes CZC is considered a branch of CZ so their parts are "Factory Performance Parts" and they offer a thinner grip panel and a standard grip panel as does VZ. As long as your Custom grips are in the same profile meaning same shape that fits in the same area as any other CZ grip panel that is offered and legal than I don't see why it would be an issue. As long as it makes weight and it is not a grotesquely thick set of panels then I would say that is altering the grip. Those with interchangeable back straps are factory options and when the gun gets put on the list it includes it's back straps as well.

As long as it doesn't extend far enough to make a makeshift mag well you are fine. The Houge rubber sleeves were legal but the fact that these are a factory OEM part makes it even easier to say that it's legal.
