zachvu
I bought this gen 3 Glock 35 from MadMadWorld about a month ago. I hated the slide painting, and have done that along with some other work to end up with a gun fit to me. I decided to go all in and make the gun exactly the way I wanted it, instead of doing minor modifications to a gun in case I wanted to sell it some day. Anyhow, here's a couple pics and list of work done! Lightened 2.5 lb Trigger w/ Overtravel Stop (already done when purchased) Extended Mag Release (does anyone know who makes this one??) Shaved, Reduced, and Silicon Carbide Grip Work Double Undercut Trigger Zev Aluminum Magwell Stainless Guide Rod Burnt Bronze Cerakote Slide, Magwell, and Mag Release Taran Tactical Sights Ghost, Dot, and Taran Tactical Connectors (haven't decided which I like best yet) Taran Tactical Basepads (not pictured) Edited November 26, 2013 by zachvu

zachvu
That's what I thought it looked most like, but couldn't find one in that shape, or with two screws instead of one. Have they changed their design along the way?

arcangel167
The mag release is identical to the one on the Glock Store website. It doesn't list a manufacturer, but the design is the same. I'm looking at having my G35 cerakoted in the burnt bronze, but I'm looking at coating the frame and leaving the slide, magwell, mag release and beaver tail black. zachvu
Thanks Arcangel! I think that would look real good. I had to do mine this way because the slide was painted in a really ugly diy paint job!
arcangel167
Yep, sometimes you gotta work with what you're given. Just happy to have a G35, wanted one for years but could never find a good excuse to buy one. Traded one of my many AR's for one this fall and have been happy with it so far! zachvu
I received a Glockstore catalog, and it looks just like the one in there too. Strange thing was, I didn't see it on their website when I went looking for it? Either way, I like it whatever it is!!
