Shooter Grrl
Driving (well actually crawling) home from the match yesterday, we looked at pickers in a strawberry field, when we got to the end of the field, they were selling what they just picked! So we bought some! $7 for a half flat (6 baskets). Damn - they were good. Since it took us almost 2 hours to go 30 miles, the snack was a necessity. I'm currently drinking FRESH strawberry Margaritas. There is at least one good thing about this damned state!

gm iprod
I had a car like that once. It is now sitting in a hole in the ground under the tailings of a quary. After it bumped into a number a small pieces of lead.
Shooter Grrl
Actually Brian - this was out in the Central Valley - south of Stockton. GM - it wasn't the truck - it was the damned traffic that made us crawl.
Ron Ankeny
Around here we grow barley. Hmmm...barley pop vs. strawberry pop, no competition.
Nolan
Ahh great minds think alike, I stopped at the same field. Those WERE some good strawberries. I gave up on the traffic and stopped in Escalon for dinner. The local church was having a tri-tip dinner $6.00 complete with soda! MMM Beef! MMM Cheap Beef!!!!!
