should be about 15 minutes from you, and they do monthly multi gun, plus all the pistol, shotgun, and carbine you can handle, 50 weeks a year. Also put on a good GSSF match. Feel free to contact me directly, too. I just started a Scholastic Multigun team and we'll be out and about as ammo supplies open up. Also, I can hook you up with your first real Texas BBQ!

Thanks guys! Nothing is final yet. They just told me to start considering it and they will put together a relocation package / offer. It would be a huge move for me personally and professionally. I just wanted to check on the important things first before giving it any real thought. As long as I can shoot on the weekends I know I'd be OK. Now to consider if I want to leave family and figure out how to care for my daughter during the summer without family to help.

Thanks again...

Probably a little warmer here than in Birmingham, but, it's a dry heat !!!

(most of the time :roflol: )

Seriously, Southlake is a nice area, but, inquire about how far your place of work would be from home. Hell of a lot more vehicles now than in the covered wagon days.

I live in Bedford, which is in the neighborhood with Southlake. Like Trace (SVCop) says, it's a great area to live in. We can pretty much shoot USPSA, IDPA, Steel, or 3 gun on any weekend during the month so bring plenty of loading supplies. Send me a message if you have any questions.
