warpspeed
looks like a very early 2011 frame that has had every scope mount known to man on it.
eric nielsen
Need to photograph the underside of the triggerguard. It will say Tripp Research Int'l or Strayer-Tripp Int'l or STI or similar.
B_Seehawer
My first open gun was an SS serial numbered gun. I emailed STI and they said it was too old for their records and said that they wouldn't really warranty it. I emailed Tripp and they said that they were the first run of those frames. Mine ran flawlessly.
Jon Merricks
It looks like the Swiss cheese model.
Seth
You can tell by the slide stop machining on the port side that its an original frame. That's cool. A piece of history.
bigboy69
This gun was built by George at EGW over 20yrs ago. It is on a Tripp research Frame and is still tight today I've put over 20,000 rounds through it and also had it converted from 38 super to 9mm. It is now my steel gun. Enjoy the "phases" this gun went through. This is when I first got the gun Next Phase Next Phase Final Phase Edited November 27, 2018 by bigboy69
