Ben's Dryfire Book?

I discovered this thread on Ben's dryfire program:

I was considering getting his dryfire book, but is there anything in it that isn't in that thread? I'd hate to buy it only to see there isn't anything new in it for me.

Anyone know?

Thanks all!

There is new stuff in the book. I also have stuff on my site from the book that you may not have seen.

Thanks for the link. I wound up buying all three in both formats since I didn't see the Kindle edition when I ordered and didn't want to wait for them to get started. Kudo's to Ben for doing all of the heavy lifting and thinking through what drills hone which skills and putting them all together in a set. One thing that I found confusing was the "Volume 1" and "Volume 2" given to them. I initially thought it was the same book, just a new edition. My friend had the same experience so I don't feel so dumb.

It's nice to see he also offers all three in a package, which I should have just purchased to begin with.
