Youngeyes
There must be an increase in depression amongst sea critters. I just got back from Cape Cod. It was amazing how many different types commited suicide while I was there. Lobsters, clams, flounders, oysters and mussels. There just was no choice but to eat em' with drawn butter and all the fixin's.It was a tough job, but someone had to do it. Not only do I like seafood depression, I love seafood depression. outerlimits
No suicides here...we just kill all the cows and eat 'em. Natural progression of big eat the little.
Flatland Shooter
A couple years ago the lobster population was so good that they were homesteading in the lobster traps. Catches were so large that in New England the price of lobster dropped to below the price of beef. Personally I was greatly disappointed that those discounted lobsters never made it to the Houston area.
Intel6
I just got back from a vacation to the family beach house in Scituate, MA and noticed the same thing! I did my duty also and made sure they were taken care of. Neal in AZ
Waterfowl-widowmaker
It must be a worldwide epidemic, the same thing is happening down here in Florida.
