Yelrdog
I have been led to believe that the frontstrap of the grip must be above the top of the belt for Single Stack (and Production?). I can't find this in the rule book. Rule 5.2.7.2 prohibits a holster with the heel of the butt of the handgun below the top of the belt but that would be the backstrap of the grip, correct? Can anyone point me to the rule (if it exists)? I just bought a BladeTech holster for my 1911 and I added the DOH attachment. The heel of the grip sticks up above the belt but the frontstrap is clearly lower. p.s. "Led to believe" is a better phrase than "Some moron said..." GuildSF4
Also see appendix E3, it shows the position of the holster and gear, (wrong type holster for USPSA, however correct placement).
JAFO
Also, this only applies to SS. Production uses the heel above the belt.
