kneelingatlas
The long slide I had was a 4.75" barrel, the Hunter is a 6" right? wouldn't that be a super, dooper long slide?!?
CleverUsername
I wonder if they will sell bullseye uppers in all the calibers.
DresserDan
I couldnt find the Hunter top end listed by its self.Could a person get a 45 slide and then get a 10mm barrel and build one up?Wonder if anyone has tried that.I know that they do it with Glocks. kneelingatlas
I guess a 10mm barrel and .45 slide could work, but the .40 is perfect.

They are NOT "listed", you have to call them and explain to them what you want. The .45 slide and 10mm barrel is going to take a lot of work to get working. In fact I don't get why this was even brought up..? Just get a 10mm slide and barrel OR a .40 slide and 10mm barrel.
DresserDan
The reeason I brought it up is because it is not listed on the EAA web site.If it is please post it.
kneelingatlas
Forget the website Dan; you've got to call.
CHA-LEE
You can't interchange a 10mm and .45 barrel on the same slide because the breach face on the slide is totally different between those two calibers. You could setup a 10mm and .40 combo as those two calibers use the same size breach face. But as EVERYONE has already said. Call EAA directly for more info on their products. CleverUsername
Be prepared with serial numbers as they will be hesitant to sell you anything they arent 100% sure will work for you.
kneelingatlas
Hesitant is an understatement! All I wanted was a long slide guide rod and they gave me all kinds of static until I finally searched Google images, found a Limited with the serial number showing and used that one. CleverUsername
Lol. Keep wanting to get a few things price checked but remember the hassle involved.
Dugiv
And today I was thinking "wouldn't it be great if they sold frames/slids/parts in general like they do 1911's. It would do wonders to expand the market for these guns." Meanwhile we have trouble getting parts directly from the importer and having to handhold... DresserDan
Brownells used to keep parts, but no more.Too bad.Sounds like it will be easier to go buy a Glock or a 1911 style, unless something pops up for sale somewhere.
