Apex trigger job for 617?

Anyone have a trigger job done by apex tactical? On a 617 or any revo, just trying to get some input before i make the choice. Trying to get a idea of how it will feel. Says he can get the trigger to 6-7 lbs, and that sounds pretty tempting...

Have you checked with Clark?

No, i have not. I thought Apex was suppose to be one of the best in the game, so i haven't looked.

No question about it--Apex is one of the very best in the biz for revo action work.

I have seen very nice work from Frank Glenn and Clark's shop also.

I have had work done by Clarks and Carmony. They are all awesome. The clarks job is definitely lighter. both are very smooth. Clarks did my 617 and I love it.You do really have to be careful about the 617's. you dont want to get them too light or they won't reliably set off primers.

I ordered the Apex hammer and had Warren at Protocol Design do my 617. The trigger is at 7 lbs. 2 oz and very smooth. It sets off mini mags almost 100% and bulk box stuff most of the time. I am still using the original firing pin, may be better or worse with an extended pin.
