I was watching the Shooting USA episode with the Production Nationals and they showed someone shooting an XD and the sights looked fairly tall. The few pictures I have seen on the internet make the sights look fairly low. I really dont care (I'm going to get a set on my XD ) I was just curious. Steve. SherlockWV Posted August 28, 2004 Author Share Posted August 28, 2004 OK, I now own a XD Tactical in a .40. So now my appeal is to all of you XD Guru's as to what Mag Pouches you use?? I haven't found any and I don't want to be shimming and making do with something that doesn't fit. I have been told that the XD Mags are very similar to the Beretta 92 Mags. Any comments. RIIID Posted August 28, 2004 Share Posted August 28, 2004 JC, I recommend Safariland 773 (s&w/ber92) they have the rollers and give good spacing between mags to grap them. At first I used my mag holders for SVI but, JA ruled no mods to mag holders(I had rounded the corners). I also use the Safariland 5182 holster.
