Used this on my Benelli M1 and it goes over the carrier latch release button. Believe it to be made out of Kydex and it attached to the receiver with double-sided tape. Tim Tim - I need the too so if you're serious, I have one made for an XS2 that I can send to you for a pattern and you can make one for the M2 based on that.
