I just want to know who taught him to carry a 1911 with the hammer down on a live round. He's ripe for a darwin award.

I think he set a particularly poor example for his kid.......I mean jeeez. 45 ammo is way to expensive and 9mm would have been much more appropriate. Not a good example of fiscal responsibility in my opinion.....

Well, two lessons he probably taught his daughter.

1. There are consequences for all your actions. (A good lesson)

2. The way to deal with conflict is with violence. (A poor lesson).

Yea, it was pretty cool to watch him pop it, and I am sure for all of us who have dealt with this sort of behavior, it was quite the vicarious thrill, but being a parent is about teaching good lessons, not about what feels good. He could have as easily simply given the computer away.

I wonder if he will sit there and wonder what went wrong when 5 years from now she is arrested for popping a couple rounds into the car that parked in her space at her apartment complex.
