actionshooter
Heres a different spin on this. Reading through this got me thinking about uncontrollable variables and adverse conditions. What about a guy who is from the Northwest and is accustomed to shooting in colder temps, rain, and a little fog and goes down to Arizona and shoots in 100* weather? Dying from the heat, sweat in his eyes, that makes it pretty hard to shoot. He has a huge disadvantage to the guy who lives down there. If everyone wants a match thats even for everyone, this doesn't seem fair. Does it? Some of what I have read on here is about as silly this. Part of this game is about overcoming the variables and adversity.

Vespid_Wasp
If you have the entire squad squinting and using binos to find a steel plate, there may be a problem. Amen.
outerlimits
C'mon, deal with it. There is no such thing as an even keel. If you want perfect conditions, shoot indoor bullseye

Tizzle
OK, well it looks like the original question has been beat to death here so I want to play devil's advocate for a minute. If the weather changed so severely for a few squads on a particular stage that over half the shooters timed out, would that change anything? Should that stage then be thrown out? Now I know there are a million what ifs but this seems like a likely scenario so what are your thoughts?
