I switched to hard lead (Laser-cast) and all of my feeding issues (that had been driving me crazy) went away. The guys at Wilson Combat were the ones that steered me in the right direction. dsmw5142 Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Never had much luck with any type of SWC out of a Glock. I tried 170gr LSWC's with a G35 and KKM barrel for a while. I wanted it to work pretty bad because it was super accurate and made nice round holes. However, I would have a hang up every 30-40 rounds (usually in a match ). Similar issue with 200's from the 21. I played with the OAL and it helped, but in the end I just shot the rest of them for practice. The headache wasn't worth it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
oldfrank Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 I have not shot the plated SWC bullets but the RNFP bullets all fed great. My G21 will gobble up Bayou and Billy SWC bullets without ever having a problem. My G30 chokes on about every 6th or 7th round of the exact same ammo the G21 eats. Go Figure.
