FN SLP oversize bolt release and safety?

Am looking for an oversize safety and bolt release for my SLP and wondering what you guys recommend?

Am wanting to do this my self with minimum permanent mods to the shotgun.

The Nordic Components or the Arredondo Bolt Releases that are advertised for the Benelli work on the SLP. I prefer the Nordic (all metal). I am pretty sure that the one from Dave's Metal Works would work also.

For a safety, I haven't found one yet. I am considering ordering another stock one from the factory, drilling and tapping, and installing triangular bits of metal like the old ambidextrous Benellis. (BTW, the new Benellis are a different design and not ambidextrous. I was just gonna order one of those and steal the extended parts out of it, but my plan was foiled by Benelli USA.)

I just put a Nordic bolt release on my SLP. Hollow begins about 3mm in, go slow with the bit on a press. No way I will mod the safety...no benefit on a shotgun and just not prudent.

So basically there isn't anything that is a 'drop-in' type replacement yet.

Then I'll just wait and see what comes done later.

Same here. I pulled the action out to drill and tap the bolt release for the bigger button. The Nordic button for the Benelli works perfectly on the SLP or SX2.
