D roc Posted April 27, 2011 Share Posted April 27, 2011 Hello everyone I was at a local east Texas USPSA match last weekend and wanted to see and learn more about the sport before I jumped into it. Well meet a person there that told me about this site and he gave me some info on different guns and scoring and such. Well today I went and bought my first Glock. I normally shoot 1911's or custom rugers for steel matches and I wanted something different. I got a DEAL on a glock 35. It has a steel guide rod, #13 spring, 1 lone wolf 6" 6 port barrel, 1 lone wolf standard size, stock barrel, new sights, case and 3 mags. Cost me $612 out the door. Guess I need to spend another 500 on rig, magwell, and mag extensions. I was either going to get into a glock set up or order a Clark custom that I have had my eye on. I thought about buying a CZ SHADOW AND CZ TS just because it is something different and people seem to have good reviews about them. Hopefully i can find a used full rig soon so I will be able to start shooting in limited matches.
