Steven Cline Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 (edited) Recently I just shot really, really bad; no visual patience, lots of wacks on the trigger, empty mags on the belt, searchign for mags in the rear pocket, misses, slide failed to lock back (and I failed to note same)... Just a bunch of, "Doh!" Sometimes ya just got to laugh at yourself. For the record... Stage 1: - Missed steel, hit no shoot (time +, -10) - Missed steel (time +) - Missed steel, setting up long wait (time ++) - Missed steel (time +) - Slide failed to lock back (time ++) - Miss on paper (-15) Stage 2: - Missed steel (time +) - Missed steel (time +) - Missed steel (time +) - Missed steel (time +) - Missed steel (time +) - Got back on reload plan but that put last mag in rear pocket; fished for it forever (time ++) Stage 3: - Miss on paper (perfect double??? lol ) (-15) Stage 4: - Mostly empty mag goes into gun, dump it, reload (time +) - Miss steel, makes for standing reload (time +, -15) - Slide didn't lock back - Mag goes in, forget to cycle slide... - "F it" set it Stage 5: - Shot second array out of order (time +) - Mag didn't seat on reload... or remedial action (time ++) Stage 6: - Mike and No-shoot on the classifier (-25) Edited March 30, 2011 by Steven Cline Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have to say my whole weekend was like that, I could only put together half of a run, I might burn the 1st half of the stage down then just mess up the second half etc. I bought some new shoes that should take care of the problem. I just shot one of the worst matches of my life last weekend. I can honestly say that I cannot recall a single sight picture from the entire match. DOH!
