We are starting our shooting season and have quite a few new shooters. I hate to confuse them with a rule change in the middle of the season. The final issus of 3-gun should be finished by the 26th, and then it will be ready to go to the printers. Maybe we will be able to get an "on-line" version up so it can be reviewed while the books are being printed. At least you would be able to read the rules, and possibly download them while the books are being printed and distributed. These dates and thoughts are mine, not USPSA, but I hope they are close.
