He was about 2 months shy of turning 90 and like yours, was still independent. 2 1/2 months later I lost my dad. Still miss them both and always will. You have my condolences too. He was a great man, a veteran of the US Air force serving in WW2 and a life long farmer always prividing for his country until he retired from farming at 82 years old. I used some of his land to practice for USPSA and he used to always come out and watch. I will miss him so much, Im glad he had such a great life and he will always be remembered.
