Philip Dedmon
Don't have a load for the 700x but, if it is 45 acp 200 SWC's you are talking about I have had really good results with these loads out of a couple of my 5" 45's. They are not major, just something to shoot. 4.4 grs. Tite-Group 1.235 oal 4.1 grs. Bullseye 1.235 oal 5.1 grs. 231 1.235 oal 4.5 grs N320 1.235 oal
DogmaDog
I'll add that 4.6gr of WST under a 200gr LSWC loaded to 1.260" OAL (.45acp) makes right around 170 pf.
Run n Gun
My "major" load for a 200 LSWC is 4.7 Titegroup @ 1.250, about 168-170 pf. Ed
Larry White
Lyman says aol 1.161---4.0 gives 745, max---5.2 gives 940.

Sac Law Man
4.4 grains of 700X should give you approx 823 FPS, 5.4 grains of 700X will give you approx 968 FPS with a 200 Grain SWC out of a 5 inch barrel.
Harmon
IMR 700 x may be a great powder, but having experience with other imr shotgun powders in pistols from 9mm 40, 10mm 38 super and the ole 45 leads me to believe the amount IMR allows thier powders to vary leads to load being hottter or not nearly warm enough. work up a load with 4.4 grains in one can, shoot that can, then go buy another and your favorite 4.4 load is underpowdered and dirty. 4,4 of clays is an excellent load. as is 4.6 of WST. the all time fav of mine is 5 grains of bullseye and just about any 200 grain pill. nice ez shooting load.
