mcattack
My stag arms rifle developed a small problem and not sure it was not my doing, so I contacted Stag and they sent me a shipping label and I shipped it back. 7 days later I have the rifle in my hands with new bolt system and trigger group at no charge, not even the shipping. This is the first time I have had a company pay for shipping both directions. It's good to know there is a company out there that will stand behind there product. Great company. I broke the extractor on my M4 and they sent me a new one + the spring and detent at no charge. Great customer service.
Bacon
Stag is a great company to deal with. They support the shooting sports, and are always friendly.
BigDave
I've sold a number of their LPKs in the past couple of years. I ran into a batch that was missing a disconnector. Called them up, gave them an address. They shipped the part, no questions asked, the same day direct to my customer. Their service is great. dmshozer1
I don't like the idea of having to fix a expensive new gun! The gun did not have a extractor? What kind of quality control is that? Answer, lousy!
dmshozer1
Sorry, meant no disconnector.
JimmyZip
I shot one my father purchased last year. I really like that rifle. He seemed happy with Stag. No manufacturer is perfect. I think the OP was alluding to the fact that Stag made it right. That seems to me a credit to their overall business model. As for their QC? Well that is another matter entirely now, isn't it? BigDave
Sorry, meant no disconnector. It was a LPK, not a rifle.
