Merlin Orr
Had a little problem with my Mr. Bullet Feeder. Had a couple of blown fuses and could not figure out what was happening to cause the problem. I called Rick at Mr. Bullet Feeder and he picked up the phone after about 3 rings. Not bad for a Saturday.... Anyway, he both diagnosed my problem and told me how to fix the problem quickly and accurately. It turns out that while I was doing a powder head adjustment I bent the micro switch lever that cuts off the bullets at the correct level and this lead to completely filling up the spring and all the way to the collator plate and jamming the machine. The machine did not malfunction - I damaged it and caused the problem. I am very pleased with this type of service and the really friendly and helpful attitude that went with it. Thanks, Rick. RePete
The more I load the less I understand how or why I waited so long to get one. Like me, you're kicking your ass for not doing this sooner. I've had mine for 3 1/2 years.
Chris Keen
Yeah I've only had mine for 2 years in August, and I think the thing is worth it's weight in Gold ...... which is why I think they make 'em out of plastic.
