The match hotel is showing full but I am a diamond member with hilton and can still get a room for about 99.00. If anyone is interested please let me know. However, they will still honor the rates for the match if you ask for them. If you haven't booked a room, get those reservations in. May 5th 7-9pm at the Hampton Inn Summerville for Friday Shooters May 6th 7:30-8:30am at the Range for Friday Shooters May 6th 7pm at the Hampton Inn Summerville for Saturday Shooters May 7th 7:30am at the Range for Saturday Shooters SHOOTING TIMES... The Friday group will start shooting as soon as the Range Master has approved all the stages, and following a brief shooters’ meeting. We hope to start Friday by 9:00 AM. On Saturday, the first shot will be fired promptly at 8:00 AM! There will be a shooters’ meeting on Saturday morning. The meeting will start at 7:30 AM. SATURDAY NIGHT BANQUET Awards and prizes will be held at the Banquet Saturday night. The banquet will be at the ELKS LODGE - WEST ASHLEY (not the summerville lodge) at 7:00pm. At the banquet, you get to sit down with everyone you want to see, enjoy a drink, eat, and review the day's shooting. This year we will have a bar in the banquet hall. All shooters and staff will receive a free banquet ticket. Spouses, friends, and children older than 12 will have to purchase a ticket for $ 25.00 prior to the match. I have taken the application off the website & replaced it with a message: I am leaving home for Summerville SC early on Tuesday, May 3rd. Applications mailed to my home that arrive after that date will remain on hold at the Post Office until after the match & I will not see them.
