  1. You may have missed it, Bruce, being the world traveler and all, but I seem to recall our President telling us (the BOD) that the 14th Edition would be in affect for Pistol Nats. Then again, that was not an *official* statement, either. I swear I saw a Yeti in northern MN perusing a copy of the new rules. Arnie
  2. -75 days at dawn, isn't it? 77 calendar days/54 work days, but who is counting? Arnie
  3. On the dining room table, eh? You better check again, that rule book is sitting on my desk at the office as I write this! Arnie
  4. Congratulations, Jerome!!!! Denise and I can vouch that Jerome's product does indeed work as advertised. Arnie
  5. Maybe he can make the match part of the honeymoon? That is too bad, I think Todd Jarrett might be the only other person to accomplish the feat. Arnie
  6. An EAA Custom Shop Gold Team in 9x21. If it wasn't broken, it had terrible accuracy past 10 yards. Arnie
  7. There are only three Area matches left this year. So far, Max Michel Jr. has won Open Division in all the Area matches that have taken place. What do you think? Can Max sweep all 8 Area matches this year? Sorry in advance if I jinxed you, Max. Arnie
  8. Rob was doing an update on the logons for the BOD and we all just got caught while he was doing a very short live update. Everything should be fine now. Arnie
  9. I'm having the same problem, TT. I logged on okay and then went to check major match results, the logon screen came on and no way can I now log on. I have an email in to Rob asking about the situation. Arnie
  10. And the folding chairs... Actually, Dale, since I will be driving the truck to Nats this year instead of the Corvette, Denise and I will be bringing two pop-ups, two Adirondack chairs and the grill. Arnie
  11. Happy Birthday, Mr. Overlay!! Arnie
  12. Kyle, Happy birthday, man! Maybe someday I will get to shoot the Buckeye Blast or you can make it to a major match and I we can renew our acquaintance and I will buy the first beer. Arnie
  13. Careful, wiseguys. I remember the color, I know the color! Arnie

Denise and I worked stages 5 and 6 at Area 3 and BJ was a sight to behold, even if he did squeak a mike in the mix. I especially enjoyed either JJ or KC yelling to BJ after he finished, "BJ, sometimes you got to hit the brakes, man!". There whole squad was a pleasure to have on the range. Well, except for Ken Hicks, he is never a pleasure. Arnie Hoping the A4 Director reads this.
  15. That's correct, Flex. EZWinScore won't allow you to enter a time of zero (had this issue just last night when a time was not recorded for a shooter). There is a drop-down box in the upper-right corner of the Enter Scores screen labeled DNF-Did Not Fire? that handles it. HTH The lack of zero time entry capability is one of the "fixes" that is being done to EZWinScore to keep up with the new rules. Arnie
  16. Arnie You moaned at me when I made reference to your age in another thread and now here you are, hiding behind the grey! Go see Nurse Minor for appropriate admonishment. Neil, you old rascal, you! I sure do enjoy those treatments from Nurse Minor, hope she never finds out that I am cured. Arnie
  17. I did know the color at one time, but it has slipped from my memory banks. It is hell to get old, especially when money is riding on the issue. Arnie
  18. Well!!!!! Guys, Denise and I stole an idea from Area 6 last year. We take a cheap dry erasable board to every match we work. If the squad does not have a set order, then after we shuffle the score sheets, we simply write down the order on the board and put it in a visible place. No more calling on deck, in hole, etc. and the shooters can always tell when they are coming up in the order. Everyone is a winner. Arnie
  19. Hey Troy - Guess what? I don't know the color either! All I know at this point is that the new rule books are on a boat heading to Seattle. Dave Thomas will have to get them out of hostage and mailed out to the members. Arnie
  20. Brian, I really enjoyed shooting with you, especially the chrono stage. Say, how did you do against Wally? I should talk, Area 3 finally has some accuracy in the match, and my dot keeps going out. Arnie

Brian, That is great! I guess your RM stuff is now in the mail? Arnie
  22. You should email John Amdion and ask about the status. Denise is also waiting for her certification. Arnie
  23. Hey Brian, Thanks for providing your squadmates with most fun and exciting chrono stage ever! It was great when you got to make that decision on the last round and the whole squad was chanting "shoot it, shoot it, shoot it"! And, as you mentioned, you gave us great fodder for being mean and nasty to you the rest of the day. Arnie
  24. I would like to thank all the staff for doing a great job at the A3 match. I will take personal responsibility for the great weather. A4, A6 and A8 - eat your heart out! This was not an easy match, a lot of very good shooters had problems. I learned that if your dot keeps going out every third shot or so, you don't do very well when accuracy is required. Not that it matters, I was not going to beat anyone anyway. Thanks to everyone who shot the match, hope you come back next year! Arnie
  25. Happy Birthday, Troy Boy, ya ragin' Cajun! And, as for you Neil, you better be afraid, very afraid! Arnie
