Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. This is so, so true. I tried metal aftermarket hi-cap mags during the 94 ban. Metal mag ate the plastic mag release rather quickly and caused major issues.
  2. I'm not a pro shooter, but we dry fired the snot outta Berettas when I was in the Corps without any issues.
  3. Hugely L eye dominant, right handed. I shoot rifles lefty, I shoot pistols righty and close my non-dominant eye. It's good to see some others close an eye, because a lot of trying tells me it isn't going to work for me.
  4. I'm really liking how a big magwell aids in fast reloads being smooth. The only downside so far is the inability to use stock mags with it.
  5. The Carver Custom magwell and Taylor Freelance brass baseplate/spring packs came in today. I tried them out, and the mags had no issues. The magwell made it really easy to lock my grip consistently and shoot more accurate fast second shots. I'm looking forward to having 22 rounds on tap at next week's match.
  6. S&W M&P 5" for USPSA, S&W M&P 4" compact for carry. Sometimes a Shield 45 or Walther PPS M2 for carry in summer
  7. This. I love mine, and shoot it as fast as my 9mm Shield with no loss in accuracy
  8. I am going to try one with the brass mag extensions/springs on my 2.0
