How long are you guys loading the 121s? Have any of you tried 3N38 as a replacement for 105?

I did talk to David this last weekend at the IPSC Nationals, but forgot to ask him what bullet weight he was using. Thanks.

I' m trying to confirm whether there will be an actual case capacity limitation issue before I order 8 lbs of 105.

Want to try a new load for my Brazos SX .38 super. Currently using IMR 4756 and 121 MG JHPs and based on conversations with other shooters want to go ahead and try VV 105. According to information provided by Bob L., for a 124 JHP I'll need approx. 10.4 g of VV105 for a 168 PF. Someone indicated that I can’t put enough 105 in the case to make major with a 121, is this true?

Kudos to Shannon and company. It was an awesome match!!!!! I guess the rattlesnake should had known better than to come out in the open with over 400 “trigger happy” shooters.

Where in Buenos Aires? I usually go down there at least 3-4 times per year. How easy or difficult will it be to fly with my gun and ammo? Will I need a special permit? Are you comming to the IPSC Nationals in Frostproof?

How much influence will a light vs heavier recoil spring/guide rod set up have on the gun's accuracy? Is it only a matter of recoil control, or will it actually have any effect on the size of the groups?

I remember having to change the ice magwell to a STI magwell since the ice didn't fit the box.

According to 8.7.1 of the IPSC Rule Book, Competitors are prohibited from taking a sight picture and/or dry firing prior to the start signal. Violation will result in a warning for the first occurrence and one procedural penalty for each subsequent occurrence in the same match. Competitors may, while pointing their firearm at the ground, adjust electronic sights. What is considered a sight picture? While watching some videos from the last World Shoot, I noticed some of the competitors adjust their electronic sights horizontally (i.e. pointing at a target) before loading the gun. Will this be considered taking a "sight picture"?

Also, be aware that most of the magwells allowed in USPSA Limited Division (e.g., Ice, Brazos, etc.) will not allow the gun to fit in the box.

I expect that in a couple more months my 14 yr son will be beating me. He is definitively more accurate and has fast reloads, but still is not confident enough to burn down a stage.

Minimum bullet weight for Open class major is 120 g. Correct?

Currently shooting 124s from a Brazos SX. I'm ok with them, but not really exited. Tempted to shoot 115s, but due to upcoming IPSC matches, it's a no go. Is it worth the change to 121s?
