I really hate that after having the problem fix for a couple of months, the bullets start tumbling again for no apparent reason. As it goes, when I fire the first two rounds, the rounds will hit right on target. Rounds three to five will keyhole the target at 4 o'clock about 4 to 5 inches from the point of aim. Again, I load a new mag and the same story, Rounds 1 and 2 right on target, followed by rnds 3,4,and 5 tumbling and hitting all at 4 o'clock about 4-5 inches from the point of aim. I have check and re-checked the ammo, and don't see any hits within the comp. This is really frustrating!!!!

Looking for Autodcomp load data (minor pf) for MG 115 out of a SteelMaster?

One thing I forgot to add is that fitting on the Five Fingers is critical. If you want to get them I recommend going to the store and trying them out. They are not made for everyone.

I do have a pair of KSOs, however, I have never used them in a match. I wouldn’t recommend them for waking/standing all day on any hard surfaces. Also, the sole is not as aggressive my Oakley boots. If the range is all grass, they might do the trick, as I ussually wear them all day long when at the beach. If you wanna try them on any harder surfaces, I recommend also getting the Injinji socks (http://www.injinji.com), as they will provide a little more cushion for your feet. One thing is for sure, if you get them, people will be staring at your feet anywhere you go.

It's a Dawson steel comp (stroker gun). Since the erosion is not critical, I guess comp replacement can wait 'till I get my tax refund.

Noticed some erosion within the first baffle of the comp. Not much, but there is definetively some erosion (round edges). How much will this erosion affect the way the comp works? Should I replace the comp immediately or could it "wait"?

Just drove back from Anna Maria Island today. Both of my kids (12 and 6) really enjoyed the Motes Aquarium in Sarasota. As part of the aquarium experience we also took the eco cruise portion and saw bunch of dolphins and other sea life. One thing that was kind of cool, was watching the people gather at the beach to see the sunset. Once the sun goes down, the group of people will clap and go on their business. Being born and raised in Puerto Rico, I never knew people could be so passionate about the sunset. I guess it's one of those gringo things...

What is the correct way to measure crimp?

So for IPSC, is there an ideal twist rate? How much, if any, will the twist rate affect recoil? I guess, the shorter twist the more torque. Is this how it works?

Just talked to the people at KKM and they confirmed that the 1:32 twist barrel was designed for the ligther bullets.

What barrel are you shooting?

Just got back from the range after trying out different loads. Curiously, none of the 9mm (.355) MG 115s JHP that I shot today were observed to tumble. I had previous tumbling issues with the MG 9mm 124 CMJ (round nose). If there any scientific reason why the .355 round nose bullets will tumble and the .355 JHP bullets will not?

Detail? Bullet type? Load/powder OAL brass? Gun? To much crimp can cause it... Bullet: MG 124 CMJ Load: 7.9 g. IMR 7625 LOA: 1.22 Gun: .355 KKM barrel w/ Millenium Comp.

Other than the bullets hitting the comp, is there other reason for bullets to tumble? Crimp? Too much, too little? Out of every ten rnds that I fire, two or three are tumbling. Checked the comp and saw no hits.
