  1. I think he got his from the Canadian Dealer for tangfolio, Freedom Ventures out of Halifax, NS.
  2. Hi folks, I am driving down from New Brunswick, Canada in February to stay with some relatives who will be renting a condo for the month. Can anyone direct me to a schedule of Matches in that general area for that month?
  3. I just ordered it from Benos, I will let you know after I get it. I do research before I buy anything, and all the comments were gravy.
  4. I like the Guga for the adjustments, but dislike the weight. They are heavy. I had to tighten them after use for the first few shoots, but they have settled and stay in place.
  5. for the HK, try the Speedsec holster. It is made in Germany, and a lot of HK shooters use it. It is either locked or not. I keep it locked all times, except at the "are you ready signal?" http://www.roninsports.com/products.php?se...turer=%3D%2C%2C WOW, sorry for the needless reply, I didn't look at the date....(2002)
  6. don't know where I heard this from, but I tried it once on a mover at a fair distance (I think 15-20y). I didn't notice it until I saw the video, but I basically locked up on sight, and my body moved on my upper hips, it seems to work, I shot at it 4 times and hit it with 2 A's, and I think 2 C's. It seems to work for me and instead of waiting for the popper to stop at the point it returns direction. I think I shot at it extra times because I am just used to doing that....because I missed to fast... 7 rd stage turned into a 9rd stage. be kind, i am new, but here is the link; http://www.cultofthep7.com/smf/hk/Mover.wmv
  7. thanks, I have to say it was a decent run for myself. I worked on getting turned around. I fumbled my reload, or had to flick it to get it out (very unusual, as it usually springs out). But that didn't cost much time, maybe a 10th or 20th of second.
  8. thanks guys for the advice. I ordered the lite and DVD # 7 in the Burkett series.
  9. thanks for replying. What do think this would rank me at? high "C", or low "B"?
  10. can someone tell me where abouts this is ranked at. Production, 7.00sec, 48 score Ie: ranking, HF?
  11. Has anyone shooting a TDA in IPSC/USPSA used this stuff on there hammer strut? (ie: to smooth out the DA first shot?) I traditionally use regular hoppes oil on the hammer strut, as it smooths out the contact between the hammer spring/ strut movement, but i find it wears off too quickly. If so, what would the ideal weight be (lite, regular, or heavy)
  12. I have a Custom sport in 9mm for Production. The DA shot is not that great, but can be made better with proper polishing of the hammer strut and other internals. The hammer strut requires proper lubrication to smooth out. The SA shots are great. Great for distance steel, and not bad for double taps. Replace the front sight with an Ameriglo unit.
