  4. Joe Wilson from PD responded to my inquiries, he said to shave the arc of the bolo to add a pre travel and move the trigger's resting spot at hammer cocked. Here are the difference of the trigger position with the hammer cocked with a difference of 2mm. It was enough to messed me up on splits with I switched to my back up. Red pouch is main, blue pouch is back up.
  5. Gotcha. So if I want a more forward reset, there needs to be more material on the BOLO arc, right?
  6. Just found out that this adjustment is for over travel. So it must be the sear.
  7. My back up stock 2 reset is too far back. When in SA, the trigger is resting far back compared to my main which messes up my splits as I'm so used to my main for more than a year. How can I make the reset more forward? Thanks.
  8. Facebook, it happens here and there, YouTube not so much, depends on the connection. I've had very good luck with Vimeo.
  9. Video and audio are normally out of sync when uploaded to cloud. I haven't had a video that's out of sync ever since the I have had digital videos on file since 2000.
  10. If you make ready for more than a minute like this @ 30:23 of the video, it should help get the plan in.

  14. Well, the head of the screws that I posted are too big for EG grips.
  15. I got the screws. The heads are too big to fit EG grips. Need to find another set.

  17. Anyone here knows the size of these? I'm planning of getting some spares at lowe's at some point. Thanks.
  18. Single stack is just single stack, that's it. Production has more options for the types of guns. No comparison there. Again, people who complain need to learn to reload, otherwise, shoot other divisions. All that complaining should have been spent time dry firing and reload instead of whining here.
  19. I dunno. I'm lazy, I went from M&P, to accu shadow to stock 2. The last 2 guns made me better, but way better with stock 2. But others are right, dry fire/live fire are what makes you better.
  20. Will 1911 eat flat nose bullets out of the box? I doubt it. Just my observations so not trying start any debates here as anyone loves their own, 1911 platform is the most finicky gun, same with it's magazine, especially during matches, hence a lot tuning, and extra attention to maintenance, especially on very dusty ranges. I shot a SS in rain/mud/puddle, mags was useless, couldn't finish the match. I shot an M&P in the same condition, ran flawlessly and finished the match, didn't even need a mag brush. Yes, I'm sure everyone's 1911's run flawlessly. Don't get me wrong, I love the gun, well balanced and accurate. But for the price of this gun on most common brands, not worth IMO considering the potential problems you'll have. Rock Island is the cheapest 1911 you can get.
  21. There's really nothing complicated about this and the dead horse keeps getting beaten. Those who complain, shoot limited minor, if not, Learn to reload. This what separates Prod from other divisions, the technical aspect of the reload and stage planning. There's already enough divisions as it is.
