  15. I just ran across Matt's Bullets website, and wanted to know if anyone is using them? First off, they are pricey for a lead bullet, and I'd like some feed back on them before I spend the money. The bullet I'm interested in, is the 125gr. wad cutter, to be used in PPC matches. Any help is appreciated, Dave.
  16. Tommy, would you know of anyone in the states who sells the H&M’s 125grain hollow base wadcutter? I would really like to give that bullet a try, thanks.
  17. practical_man thanks for the information. I just miked some of my Hornady hollow base wadcutters and they measured in at .356, which seems small for 38 special bullet. I am working on some loads for a double ended wad cutter that is coated.
  18. Rusty, thanks for tip, I’ll check it out.
  19. First, thanks for all the helpful information. I buy all my Bullets lubed, I was going to wash all the factory lube off, then relube the Bullets myself. I’m using 3 different brands of hollowbase wadcutters. The leading I’m getting is in the cylinder and the beginning of the barrel, not so much at the end of the barrel. The Bullets are sized .358 and I’m using a couple different powders, Bullseye, and Winchester WST. I load a charge of 2.7 in both powders.
  20. I want to lube some wad cutter bullets to hopefully cut down on leading, and would like to know what is the best method? I've never tried this before, I'm hoping it will solve my leading problem. Thanks for any help on this, Dave.
  21. My local gun store, Blythe's sporting goods in Valparaio, In. has a Checkmate for $3100, and they might deal a little on that price.
  22. Tony, just wanted to say that is the nicest Tactical Sport I've seen.
