  1. ohh shoot, really. Glad I'm not the only one. Thanks man!
  2. So last month I made a mistake when reloading 9mm major for steel challenge. I usually use small rifle primers but used small rifle magnum primers by mistake and ended up having tons of light strikes during the match to the point I had to withdraw. Not sure if this has ever happened to any of you, but I capture the whole situation and wanted to share with you…

It only comes with adapters for glock, sig, cz, and a few others I can’t remember.

I actually love mine. Once you work out the quirks its awesome and super fast!! Check it out!
  7. LOL made me laugh, but very true. Thanks
  8. Hey fellas, just wanted to announce that if you are looking for primers Natchez has plenty of them right now. Good luck!
  9. Well, when I changed from the reduced 14lb recoil spring to the factory 16lb the slide went all the way back. Now the trigger won’t reset and the slide won’t come off when pressing the the slide lock lever.
  10. Does anyone know the measurement from the back of-the G26 slide to the groove where the slide locks with the slide release? I’m trying to build a P80 and when I rack it back the slide doesn’t make it all the way back to where the slide release is. Here’s a pic…. BTW I’m using a Tyrant slide release…
  11. This is how I did... Match towards the end....
  12. Great advice. Will definitely do more walks before it begins. Comit it to muscle memory
  13. Guys my problem is not with accuracy, although I could be much better with dot acquisition. My issue is with forgetting to shoot targets. Maybe I run past a window and forget there were 4 targets there. I cannot be the only one with this problem. How or what do you do in your mind to ensure you cover all targets? any mental drill? lol
  14. Thanks man. I was lucky I was given a bunch of the IPSC targets to go back and practice with.
  15. Sharko, I had exactly the same problem. I hadn't shot a match in a long time. Last week did one and did bad. Came in second to last. Forgot to shoot many targets! Wife took a video of it. Fast forward to the match part...
  16. That's great to know. My 1100 makes a clunk sound when i operate the handle. Wonder what it could be.
  17. Plus if you are using red dots, now you have to incorporate dot acquisition to the mix.
  18. Lee hand press or lee loader. or the Lee single stage or really, any press that you could bolt to a stool would be my options. Just hold it down with a counter weight.
  19. Thanks Otto. Be careful what you say here about 9mm. You may get lynched. Seriously, appreciate the feedback.
  20. Racinready300ex, that sounds interesting. Will have to swing by one of those matches and see how it’s done. Thanks for the info.
  21. Haha seems you haven’t been around the competition world much! It’s ok though…
  22. Hello all, I was just driving and thinking what would it be like if there was some sort of local match, custom made, were reloading/ hand loading was incorporated with the shooting. For example, competitors would bring an abbreviated and travel single stage with their components and make their own rounds before shooting. Off course, parameters would be set as to how many rounds would be needed, type of powder etc. Once those parameters are set, individuals or teams would have to make the rounds, be checked by official with case gauge and shoot them in an allowed time. Points would be allocated for reloading teams who finished with the most accurate rounds and, off course, shooting accuracy. I know this sounds crazy, but would be interested in knowing your thoughts....
  23. Thanks bob. I will try adjusting my crimp. JIC
