  1. Don’t know for sure, but no less than 1k. For the recipe I use and the recoil it created, the Popple holes were ideal. So it depends what kind of recoil you have, and if you are able to add a few grains to compensate for the loss of power w the holes. Also, if you are shooting major, you gotta keep in mind how high your PF will become once you add more powder to the case. It’s a matter of preference. No one perfect answer. Good luck.
  2. Yeah. You def need to ream it. And even after doing it, my load is compressed. I use AA7, 10.5g at 1.165”. Case is almost full. This is the video on the popple hole comparison. Enjoy.
  3. Alright man thanks for dumbing it for me.
  4. I’ve read Tuesday night, but still, you know…
  5. Hey folks, I understand the update for classifications happens every Tuesday, but I should be C based on my 45% over the last 4 matches, but they still reflect me as D. Any thoughts?
  6. Wow, sorry for not replying before. My issue got fixed by setting the press in neutral and manually moving the belt back and forth until it would stop. This might have done something simple to fix the issue but I dont understand it.
  7. That was the issue die full of bullets.
  8. Good advice. And you know, I think the tube is full of bullets. This may be a reason. I’ll check when I get back home.
  9. Haha. Yes. I click on the knob and it’s dead quiet.
  10. My MBF is properly connected, but won’t start. I just moved houses and not sure if something got banged up or loose. Any ideas? Anyone has gone through this?
  11. Thanks all. I manually pulled the belt forwards and back a few times, then ran the calibration a few times and back to new. Issue solved. Thanks again, HOGRIDER
  12. You mean like neutral and pulling the belt manually?
  13. In my case I have an auto drive and I think the torque in it forces the plate to move forward. Not sure on yours….
  14. I have a Dillon 1100 with Mark 7. When it indexes it is short of the stop and then it jolts to the final position. This causes major spills. You know…. I’ve tried adjusting the shell plate tightness, the adjustment screw in the back but nothing. Am I missing something? See the link. When it calibrates, it indexes perfectly. https://youtube.com/shorts/-DG5TOCkzhA?si=5DyXuO0-8sPaHQZH
  15. The main Thing an 1100 needs, it’s a camera under the powder station to see if there is a primer before the powder throw. The reason for this is that on the 1100 you don’t get that extra push feel when a primer is inserted so you don’t know for sure.
  16. I have the auto drive for the 1100. Is there a way to use the same auto drive but on the 750?
  17. 10 Popple holes seems too much. Seems like No amount of powder could work that comp.
  18. absolutely. Lost a few points on PF. Had to increase load
  19. This load you mentioned was great for me too. BUt it was just under PF for major
  20. want to thank aandabooks for a job well done with my popples. Thanks man you were very talented and generous.
