  1. +1 on the Hornady one shot case lube. I wouldn't use for rifle but works great for pistol. Makes sizing much smoother Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I called Trijicon today and they issued an RA # and said that if I ship it back, they'll update. Was told by the customer service rep that there should not be a charge. I'll share an update once I get it back in a few weeks.
  3. Thanks! I think that'll work. I couldn't figure out kids pants size in inches so I measured his waist tonight and it's about a 25. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Apparently the new MROs no longer have the slight magnification of the earlier versions. From their website "The Trijicon MRO Manufactured before Serial number 89,000 did have a very slight magnification of 1.05x which is within the range of competitive reflex-style sight. Responding to customer feedback Trijicon adjusted the magnification in MROs with a serial number of 89,000 or higher to have a magnification of 1.00x or no magnification." Anyone have one of these newer models? If so, have you been able to compare it to the pre 89,000 models? Mine is SN 44,xxx and definitely has some magnification. If no magnification on the latest and greatest isn't fake news, I'll call to see if they're doing free upgrades for the early adopters
  5. Did you end up finding one that works? I'm looking now for my 10 year old son and cant seem to find any "youth" models. I'm assuming the best bet is an adult small?
  6. I have the same issue with 9mm. 1 every 200-300. Normally blazer brass. I'm using an egw/Lee under size die. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. That did the trick. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. That's what I thought at first but I can respond to other threads in the classifieds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Using tap a talk on iPhone and don't have permission to respond to the non-dealer brass sales posts. No issues with other posts though. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Quick update. Loaded 300 rounds tonight with ZERO inverted cases. I made sure the speed was on low and supported the hopper to minimize movement. Thanks everyone for the tips and suggestions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. My bench is solid and attached to the wall BUT there is a slight bit of movement with the case feeder. I'll rig something to the wall or ceiling and attached to the case feeder to see if I can eliminate all movement with some extra support. Also...I dug a little deeper on using the washer under the case plate and it looks like I should leave as is (no washer). Thanks for the help.
  12. Definitely not. When I switched it from 9 to 45 I just swapped the plates. I thought that washer was for longer cases like 45 lc and 44 mag. I'll install and see if it helps. Thanks for the replies! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'd be ok with that many but 3:100 seems like too many. It's not that big of a problem but throws off my rhythm. I loaded 500 tonight and had to stop about 15x to fix a flipped case. Wondering if anyone knows what causes and how to stop it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Loading 45 acp on my 650 and getting about 3 per 100 cases dropping upside down. Any ideas on how to minimize or eliminate? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. That change did the trick! Thanks for your help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Scratch that. Just looked at posts on my computer and confirmed that the issue is only with Tapatalk on my phone Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Could be. Can anyone confirm that 50 posts are required to view classified photos? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. But the issue seems to only be with classified ads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I'm not able to view photos in the classifieds. I'm viewing on tap a talk on an iPhone and all photos are locked. "Sorry you don't have permission to view this attachment". I'm logged in with my username and password and seem to be able to see photos in other threads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Decided to switch things up through the fall/winter and play in single stack major. Getting my dry fire routine down and wondering what's a good par time for slide lock reloads. Currently at 1.2 without slide lock in dry fire. Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I had the same issue when I went from a Lee pro 1000 to the lnl. Took a while to figure out but the problem was fixed when I secured my bench to the wall. The bench was moving a bit when I seated the primer resulting in them not fully seating (but also not obviously high primers). I now own a 650 because the lnl case feeder sucks. 22. I was going to order from kracken pop until I realized the exact same order was about $15 cheaper direct from Dillon. I think the difference was in the shipping fees. Was also annoyed that kracken advertised free shipping on presses BUT only if you're buying just a press. When you decide to spend more money for a package deal (weekend warrior ) they charge shipping on the whole package. Seemed a little backwards to me. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  23. Thanks for the input. We decided to just stick with tried and true 2x4s. Will probably build additional storage locations to improve setup and teardown efficiency.
  24. We're planning to build some new walls for our match and wanted to get feedback from anyone that has used PVC pipe wall frames. Current inventory is made with 2x4s. They work great and are durable but are heavier and take up more storage space than PVC. For those that have used PVC, I'm wondering if you think the trade off is worth it?
  25. Seems to be working! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
