I've got a set of caldwells but never use them anymore.I bought a cheap set from harbor freight for 15.00 bucks electronic ones you can hear very well with these but only thru one side but hearing normal talking is no problem and when the shooting starts they work better than the caldwells.

I pulled some reloading data from Hodgkin website.

I don't know yet as I haven't started competing.But just on reloading components I've bought in the last 2 weeks it's gonna be a lot lol.The good thing (or bad) is the wife love shooting also.In the last couple weeks : Bullets 180.00 Primers 90.00 Powder 191.00 New stag arms model 6 ar 980.00 Reloading yesterday and my powder measurer on my square deal old model has worn so much that it starting to lean on every up stroke so I'll have to order a new one seems like the metal is worn down .looks like around another hundred buck to get one.

New to the forum and just want to say hello.Looks like a really great sight,I've been reading the forums and have ordered a few small items from brian next on my list is a xl 650 with case feeder in .40 S&W.I'm currently reloading on a 550 and a square deal B.both are over 20 years old and I need a dedicated machine for 40 S&W this way I will be able to have a dedicated machine for 9mm,.223 and my 40.i have to get a little more equipment together so I can start shooting uspsa,mostly magazines for my pro- match ria.hopefully I will be ready for next months match.Any one shooting the pro match know of a good source for magazines I tried calling R.I.A. But the number I find online is disconnected?

only ones i've seen for sale online are the .40 and .45 .you might have to shoot ria an email and ask them.

Anyone know when ria is gonna produce more magazines for the .40 promatch? Anyone know if the para 14's will work?

I'm thinking of the promatch also.i got the wife a 9mm tac and besides the trigger is a little gritty feeling i was impressed by the accuracy and the slide fit.What would a good trigger job cost roughly?I'm thinking shoot this one 'till i have more experience at uspsa to decide what will be my dream gun,that and the wife wants to shoot so I'll have to buy 2 complete rigs.
