Although he does it (easily) with just his hands, I found putting it in a vice was easier... -
I use Xtremes, 124 and 147 work great at 1.150.

Had a new pair of Oakleys made after realizing my front fiber optic was pretty blurry using my "everyday" glasses. Made a huge difference! Thanks for the advice, all! Eye doctor was a bit confused but went along with it...
