  1. Grab a SIG P320 while you can. Since it's designed to be modular a single serialize FCU can easily by configured for different calibers and sizes.

    Right CZ Grip Size

I started running the "thick aluminum" grips and eventually settles on covering the entire left grip with grip tape. Hand placement makes more difference than changing grips alone. I recorded this for another shooter ages ago but it still comes in handy to explain. I show my grip on my CZ at 3:50
  3. I replaced my rear with an LPA cut adjustable from Dawson. I then filed down the front until it was the height I wanted to match the rear before ordering my front sight, again from Dawson. I ended up with a .170 height for my front. Many who get the TS keep the stock rear sight as is and use it as a makeshift charging handle.
  4. It means that debug messages are turned on for one which gives attackers more information about the database structure that can be used to craft better attacks.
  5. It may not matter to you but it does to me, because it seems indicative of one the major issues that I see affecting this organization. From my perspective USPSA is being run the same way now as it was many years ago. It appears that processes/tools are implemented and then never maintained, the sport and the whole world is changing but USPSA seems to be operating as if it's stuck in the 1980's. You can request that pastebin remove the content by creating an account and reporting abuse from that page or by emailing admin@pastebin.com with the request. More info here http://pastebin.com/contact There are unlikely already hundreds or thousands of copies of this in bad guys hands and nothing stops them from posting it again in pastebin or elsewhere but it agree that someone should request that it come down.
  6. No they are larger. Just a bit smaller than Glock magazines
  7. Check your junk mail. I found my password reset email in gmail Spam.
  8. Hey Alma, Computers are not my first language so I have a question. I searched my email just like you said and my name does not appear to be on that list. Does this mean all I really need to do is go in and change my password on uspsa.org when it comes back up? Thanks a lot in advance Sarge, yes, that sounds correct. If you remember the password and username that you use on that site just check to ensure that you don't use that same password and username (or email) elsewhere. In my case my email is there along with a password that is thankfully not being used on any of my other online accounts. I have no action to take other than verifying that fact and then selecting a new password when the website comes back up. USPSA should force a password change for every member as a result of this hack so I doubt you will even have the option to keep the same one.
  9. That information is already gone. It has been compromised and is being actively exploited by hackers. Removing the link from here doesn't keep thousands of script kiddies from accessing it and testing logins across the internet. In cases like this I think full disclosure works better than selectively releasing information that is out there for anyone to Google. If your information isn't there maybe you will see some of your friends' and can prompt them to make corrections.
  10. It looks like the USPSA website database so whatever you use to sign in there.
  11. Like I said, attempts have already been made to access my accounts. This is urgent and action must be taken now. Hiding the link from this group does no real good unless someone requests a takedown from pastebin.
  12. No, finding that was as easy as searching for my email, "almacole@gmail.com" in google with quotes. It was the first hit. The information is out there and in the hands of bad guys right now! Keeping the link from others does no good especially since its so easy to find.
  13. Full email addresses and passwords leaked to the internet here: http://pastebin.com/C9e82Lm7 Someone already tried to use this to log into my DropBox today but that has a different password. This is serious. Change your passwords now for any sights that might share the same login information. USPSA must send notification to all affected immediately! Also, when you rebuild this, USPSA, please salt and hash our passwords!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's disgraceful that these were stored in plane text.
  14. I lost it when I read "race Rugers."
  15. Yes, traditional weak hand is all the rage now which is why you see all the top competitors in 3 gun abandoning other methods in favor of it.
  16. I think it also depends a lot on how you load. If you are a weakhand caddie (or side saddle if anyone still does that) loader I don't think auto load helps as much as it does for dual/quad.
  17. P.S. You really want to have an operational safety to flip on for pistol dumps anyway.
  18. Bad news. It turns out 3GN rules are stupid and have no concept of selective action. As written you would need to have your safety engaged regardless of hammer position. I would talk to the MD at the match you want to attend and ask for an exception. 1.5.3 Loaded with Safety Engaged 1.5.3.1 Pistols with a manual safety must have them fully engaged to satisfy the loaded on safe rule, regardless of passive safeties. 1.5.3.2 Pistols without a manual safety must have passive safeties in operational condition; this will satisfy the safety engaged requirement. Passive safety is a safety that engages automatically and disables the firearm from discharging while the firearm is not being handled. Safe Action striker safeties or passive trigger safeties fall under this ruling. Operational means: The safety operates correctly as intended. It must not be altered or disabled in a way that while not being handled, the safety features can no longer prevent the firearm from discharging.
  19. Do you know which 3 Gun rule see you are following? I will look it up for you if you know. I am confident that you can start double action without the safety engaged. The CZ does not normally allow the safety to function when the hammer is down in DA mode. Some DOD guys think that isn't right since their policy is the safety must be on even in DA mode but that isn't required and doesn't work on CZs. Also, for Limited division in USPSA you can start "selective action" guns either with the hammer back and safety engaged or in DA mode. It your choice. 8.1.2 Self-loading Pistols: 8.1.2.1 Single action chamber loaded, hammer cocked, and the safety engaged. 8.1.2.2 Double action chamber loaded, hammer fully down or decocked. 8.1.2.3 Selective action chamber loaded with hammer fully down, or chamber loaded and hammer cocked with external safety engaged (see Divisions in Appendix D).
  20. I also started with the G19 and shortly moved to the 34. Nothing wrong with the G19 but you will appreciate the extra sight radius and having a dedicated competition gun where you can get some trigger work done on it. No rush but if you know you are going that way eventually any way then why wait?
  21. But the grip tape cover up all the fabulous custom laser engraving or magazine number and your name.
  22. Disadvantages: Not the gun KurtM bought 20 years ago to compete in 3 gun so it can't be as good, or isn't anything new, worth considering, or whatever...
  23. And no, when quad loading the second shell of the first pair loads the chamber.
  24. I have one. That's me in the video and I have no idea how you can think there is a second and a half delay for the auto load to function.
