I think U have to practice.. Move fast it' s ok.. but if u lost points..u have to shift back.. maybe u r going in ur NON confort zone.. and this is ok in pratice but after u have to make a step back and shot fine. Going forward and back U'll push ur limit ... and u'll improve.

I am Unlucky 1 hour and 15 min (if I am luck) 100km. I go 2 times a weeks.

I want my gun to be reliable

Hello , I have started to shoot at the end of october and At the end of the game I was qualified for National. Now The main difference is that 3 day of range, my question is... how to keep my limited gun clear during this 3 days? at home I use air to clear and clean the product for cleaning.. but at the range , out of my garage, how can I do to keep hangun in order? can u give me any tips to keep in mind? thank u

I have both and powerball too. I can tell the best way is COC+ hammer or dumbell exercise,imho.

Cha do u solved the problem of the fall of the magazine? One friend of mine, limited shooter , has the same problem... but only during the match, we tryed to analize what happened to the magazine.. we discovered that his grip was to hard (COC workout) ..and the stop of magazien was fault of the plastic grip of his 2011. Under the pressure of the grip the magazine didnt fall.

I think u have to slow down to have more point, As Eric Grauffel told me, if u have no points what are u running for?

I live in apartment too. I dryfire at home using as target yellow post it. To move u can step side to side.. under the chair or table... u have to free ur imagination. Never use ammo. But make the magazine heavy as when charged and work. if u watch this video I found on the tube he does not move..but ...

Hello, I am in 3th week of p90x, today I did kempo.. I like very much, I can feel the difference between working with weight and free. I am 39, 25 year self defence and karate instructor, PT in heavy duty and nutrition. AFter this period I had to stop for marriage and the born of my princess (daughter) but now I am restarting and pumping hard! but all to be a better shooter!

Till now I have find that the less expensive is th rubber blocks. But I am evaluating other solution. This indoor range would have windows, at the top of the wall, in the long side of 18 mt. The problem is: lead to eliminate this, I can use rubber or ventilation. Now I have to look for the best price.. and after To make a choice. I would like to have a shooting range at 30 min of car.. but when u have to drive for 1h and 20 min.. it's hard to be competitive.. and motivate.. if u change the load of the ammo, u have to go just to test . I am looking for opening a shooting range too.. ehehe.. but it's hard.

I have contacted regupol for ballistic blocks(Gum block). They take the lead bullets without breaking the lead.. I was just evaluating other way and tryin to understand all the things I have to consider. I have to travel 110 km to arrive to shooting club. I shoot under rain or sun. I like this sport, and I like competition. but I spent too much time to arrive to the range that for shooting..

my range will be under the level od the road. About 7 mt under. If the backstop fails, (all the wall are in reinforced concrete), the dirt will make the rest.The door will be at the back of the shooter. As u can understand my family safety is first.

hello everybody. I am building my house and I want to make an indoor range. This will be 18 mt long 5 mt width and 7 mt high(is under floor level) have to choose how to make the backstop. I asked for regurpol blocks , steel backstop.. can u help me ?
