We make sure we press fit that angle before they go out. I am somewhat confused. Press fitting deforms metal so that it fits in a specific application. The parts are mated togeter when they are press fit to eachother. If you press fit the trigger bar to test it then it will be matched to the part you are press fitting it to. Perhaps I am confused to as what press fit means in this application. Could you straighten me out on this? Thanks, G_B Oh, they're not press fit to actually bend the connector, they're press fit to ensure our specifications. Sometimes the electroless nickel coating will try to change the angle of the the connector from the folding process, so we put it in a jig with the correct angle and press it down to ensure our factory angle. It's hard to word it, because I'm trying to avoid " press-check " to explain the process. They're not press fit in the actual machining terms of press fitting ( mating a female and male part ), but in the sense that we put them into a press to ensure proper angle before we ship them out.

I can't speak to the Ghost connector, but ours doesn't really have any mush. In fact, it doesn't change the break very much, it's still very strong. Our connector drops it down to about 4.5-5lbs, so it's not incredibly different but the change is noticeable. The reliability factor comes in more when you're respringing.

Where did you pick yours up? Are you looking for an M2? Or a 1301? Looking for an M2. Best price I can find on the M2 field right now is $1299. From what I've read, I'm interested in sending an M2 out to Mike / Accurate Iron for a race package upgrade, but I cannot find any info. nor pricing(?). Currently running a Versa Max. If you're looking to get custom work on an M2, you should see about getting a good price on a used one. Most custom Benelli shops do a bunch of internal work on them anyways, respringing etc.

I have a second new edition coming out that's coming out to fix the follower/spring sticking. Only happens in about 1 in every 9 magazines, and a quick tap usually resolves it, but it's a simple fix.

Are they getting caught up near the magazine release?

May need to Dremel a bit of clearance for the pin.

They're all the same spring, as far as spring tension goes. The other springs are spares incase you need to change them out.

More exposed fiber = brighter dot. Very beneficial, especially if you have bad eyes.

Our striker spring is gauged at around 4.5#s.

Wait, you're getting light strikes on a lightened striker or on a factory striker?

We're actually fixing this issue on Friday, and finalizing the CAD drawings. There's going to be a radius on the corners of the pocket, much like our Glock basepad, that allows that follower to slip through. I'll post pictures on this thread as we have a working physical prototype.

TTI- I received the 5 new pads from you- installed them on the new gen 4 Glock mags- did the follower mods- and all 5 now hold 20 rounds- and that reloadable. And when installed on my gen 3 9mm Glock mags I get 23 rounds- after I did the follower mods. Thank you! Well, in an ideal world, you shouldn't have to do a follower mod. Glock made the front wall lip thicker, so now all basepads are offset, giving it a ledge for the tail of the follower to get hooked on. We brought the endwall back .025, and haven't had any problems with them on Gen4 magazines.

Has the new magazine change been talked about? We did some revisions on the basepad itself, since the brand new gen4 magazines have a much thicker lip.
