What are the pros/cons of long dust cover vs short dust cover? Wide vs regular dust cover? I am talking for STI .40 for USPSA Limited. Thanks!

Same problem with an STI before, if you dont have any gunsmithing experience send it to a good gunsmith. I had mine worked my Ortiz Custom Guns in Savannah, GA and the problem is gone, the issue was extractor, it just needed to be fitted. The edges were really sharp so he rounded them a little bit and changed the angle ever so slightly. Again send it to a reputable gunsmith, Pedro over in Savannah charged me $45 to 50 bucks if I am not mistaken and the gun is flawless.

Let me put it this way, shot one this weekend and I am getting rid of my BRAND NEW 0 SHOTS Glock 35 that I bought with the purpose of making it a limited USPSA gun. There is simply no comparison to the weight advantage and the trigger that you get from a well gunsmithed 2011, specialy an STI.

Hello guys, wonder if you could help me. I am using 147 gr JHP Winchester bullets with 3.7 gr Win 231B and although I am getting the speeds that I want I am still feeling a bit of a snap. Any other powder that you would recommend for this bullet? Thanks!!

I have a couple of matches coming up and cannot find any primers to safe my life. What do you guys think about pulling the bullets and reloading with my recipe? BTW I am reloading for 9mm. Thanks!
