How would I find your video on there? Can you give us a link pleaze. Some times I can get a round fro. My press that goes long ... 1.180 and I found that WILL hang up the feeding from my M&P mags. I've since dropped a OAL to 1 170 And I do see the longest is 1.175 max. 99% are 1.170 to 1.173 124gr jhp PD 8.5 grs VV 3n38 173 PF KKM barrel 5 inch no holes 11 port SJC comp

I can do 1.175 no problem. But it's a KKM barrel. My flat face apex trigger 10 pull average is 1lb 12 oz .... I let 2 other m&p guys try it after the last match and they were in shock. One went as far as to say it breaks like glass. No mushyness just take up and tiny overtravel. It will never be like my last 1911 race gun that broke at 14oz but for a Tupperware gun Great!

Slick!!!! Just went to a side mount today. Gonna run what I have until I come up with something different. It does sit lower than the DPP I had on it.

8.5 grs of 3n38 With s PD 124gr jhp At 1.175 oal Mixed brass Gave me 173PF And the dot movement is great never leaves the glass. On my M&P project.

The barrel was given to me by my buddy that started KKM precision may he rest in peace..... So I have about 1200 total in it, I did the machining on the slide.

Sorry guys , I forgot to say that I am loading for major 9 using 124gr PD jhp. 5 inch KKM barrel with no holes . 8.8grs of 3n38 at 173 PF So 9.0 of #7 may be a good start point.

Thinking of trying aa 7 after my 3n38 is gone..... anybody make the jump over to aa7 and what did you think of it?

I think Since I have shot matches steel and uspsa with this gun and a delta point on the slide.... Tracking the dot and follow up shots Are faster so the slide is the only moving part not both. Its nite and day , glad I did the frame mount

Broncman That I will do , had a 13 in it when testing loads. Found 8.8 of 3n 38 was pretty nice... Wil try a 12 and an 11lb spring. Thanks

Yeti I have not weigh the gun yet.... But the slide ended up 1/2 oz lighter.

Gomar 83 I had the Apex gen 1 kit FSS ALUM trigger at 2lb and just got another trigger bar and only added the FF trigger. They said to maybe about 1/2 lb drop in break and they were right ! I manage a machine shop and used the Wire EDM MACHINE to do the top slide cuts and chop off the guide rod area in the same set up.

Kamanick Sucks to live in NJ .... speed shooter for my magwell. Changing to a black brass magwell from Taylor Freelance when back in stock and adding a FL tungsten glock guide rod also.

Zzt I will change out my aluminum magwell for a Taylor freelance black brass when they get back in stock. Some people can make anything look flat. Returning back to the game and pushing super senior..... I NEEDS ALL THE HELP I CAN GET! LOL

I did work with the same PD in a 115 . But gonna stick with 124. More gas with the 115 I get that. Maybe chasing a unicorn LOL

Zzt Thanks guess I've read enuff that without popple holes flat is near impossible. I was hoping for near flat without them. Keep thoughts coming guys! I m loading 8.8 of 3n38 with a 124gr PD JHP at 1.175oal PF is 173 with a 13lb spring..maybe a 9.0 or 9.2 and a 12lb or an 11lb spring will be better. This is the gun I am using.

My 3n38 load has dot movement pretty straight up and down.... and with a good grip I can keep the dot form center of the C- more to about 80% of the remaining window. It is within the glass , but what is your view on this subject? Thanks for any help

Ok I was gonna use the same one, but a after talking with Bobby we discovered that Kevin of KKM had given me a 9/16-32 TPI barrel. And Bobby had nothing that would fit. So I got the SJC 11 Port.
