UNCLE SAM says I have to move to MD so I'm trying to figure out the gun laws. I'm keeping my Alabama Residency so what do I have to do? From what I have found so far I don't have to register my weapons and can keep my HI CAP Mags but trying to see what others have done. I Plan on leaving my AR and AK at my folks house so mainly looking at bringing my hunting guns and and USPSA pistols.

I gave up my favorite division. In life you must continue to grow and adapt, failing to do so means you are decaying. Revolver had been on life support, at least now it has a pulse, though weak it may be. Looks to me to be mostly the same people, with different guns. As for L10, I'm in a ban state and shoot at two clubs were L10 and Production swap spots as the largest division. Pretty common to have 30+ shooters in L10. Yes... they could shoot Limited, but then they're stuck here. They can't shoot in neighboring states, can't shoot in section matches, area matches etc etc. Sure they COULD... if they wanted to get killed shooting 10 rounds against people shooting 20. So it's not bad enough we're getting screwed by our own state, now we're going to get screwed by USPSA. Mike said he wasn't a fan of CO, but if some people want to shoot it, why should it bother him? Well apparently that doesn't apply to L10. I don't quite get how it bothers someone in Florida for example, that we're shooting L10 in NY, but somehow it does and it's "watering down the sport", whatever that means. If they have friends in NON ban states they should be fine. Buy HI CAP Mags have someone in that state hold them for you and use to just shoot the match. Just like many of our foreign competitors have guns held in the U.S. for matches and then use air-soft at home. Were their is a will their is a way. I don' buy into the feel sad for ban states adapt and overcome. As far as the L-10 Nationals I do agree that shooting it twice like Single Stack and then Revolver is kinda cheating since the stages don't change very much. I do agree that L-10 should probably be held closer to the "Communist Zone" this will attract more people.

I don't think L10 will go away because of all the people in the Communist States.

I think this is a Major Problem not only at Level III but also at II Matches. The most I have ever seen is at the Florida State matches this year that I RO'ed they had a squad of about 8 or 10 shooters. This is an issue I believe this is an issue that USPSA BOD needs to address as far as keeping revolvers in the game. I have never agreed with the 5 in the division rule if their are at least 3 shooters in the division 1 should walk away with a trophy. Although I just started shooting revolver before I had to go overseas I will continue to shoot it for the foreseeable future when I upgrade to a 929. I shoot for fun so I will be that only guy with a wheel gun in these matches.

I'm looking to store up some powder for when I get home I see a lot of Nobel Sport in stock at Powder Valley. I want to use it with 147grn BBI and a Nobel Sport Powder with a Smith & Wesson 929

They do call Hogue directly to order they give you the option so does Dillon I think.

I just started before I deployed and got about 5 matches in here is what I think. 1. I shoot for fun I don't take it deathly serious 2. Its awesome to watch peoples face when you can reload faster then them. 3. Its awesome to watch peoples faces when you shoot steel including Stars, Plate Rates 1 for 1 4. Its awesome when you can beat your buddies who use autoloaders 5. Never need to pickup brass (Most people pickup all moons while shooting and hand them to you personally) 6. And its just plain old FUN

What ya'll got for data while I'm "Across the Pond" looking to get components and everything stockpiled including brass so lets see what you got.

BBI Bullets shoot faster due to the coating in all my experiences with them so if you are not using someones data that is using a BBI bullet they are usually different.
