The Mtac is better setup imo. The brightness dial with off between settings I prefer over the push button. Going to 4x you do not turn the whole back end. Otherwise their about the same thing

Getting ready to pull the trigger on one since I TAC30 are hard to get. Used to running aimpoint's does the Reticle illumination show in day light well?
