I was working up a .40 pro am load with 140gr Bayou. It is the softest round I have ever fired in any Centerfired gun.

A 140 grain bullet in 9 and 40 are the same price. You cannot get a much softer load than a .40 loaded in minor.

Why don't more people shoot .40 in production?

Nahan do you have experience with shooting heavy pistols? The transitions will not change and the draw will be just a little slower. Draws really don't mean all that much in USPSA. Will the plastic frame hold up to the weight is the question!

Scrapping the project not enough people interested. Building one for myself from tungsten. Is a 70 oz 35 to heavy?

A new variation that I'm shooting now is a 10 inch steel plate at 25. It is a little tougher than the paper bill drill. If anyone has a 10" plate you should give it a try.

I use the tape and that is what works best for me. Use chap stick first on the front of your glasses, you only need a little. (Same with the tape).

I think Jake nailed it when he said what if 5,000,000 shot USPSA. With real money in the sport the talent pool would be crazy.

She states she can see how the ball is spinning? You guys are probably right about the max in reaction time. Can you improve your reaction times?
